Robert Kendrick, P.Eng, AMP
Mr. Kendrick is a Mining Engineer, a graduate of Harvard University (Advanced Management Program) and has over 50 years experience in the mining industry. He served for AMAX as Vice President and General Manager of Mines, Vice President and Manager of Exploration, and Senior Vice President of Operations. He also served as President and CEO of Monarch Resources, President of Tecknomiven, President of Mineven, and President of Protomin. He remains active within the industry with IESC, International Executive Service Corp., in Argentina, Siberia, and Kazakhstan.
John Kowalchuk, P.Geo.
Mr. Kowalchuk is the Vice President of Exploration for Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. and has over 34 years experience developing and managing exploration projects in the Yukon and British Columbia. He was involved in the discovery and advancement of several significant mineral deposits, including the Kerr porphyry copper-gold deposit, the Howard's Pass stratiform zinc-lead deposit, the barium-lead-zinc and silver deposit in Driftpile Creek, and the Cleo Tungsten property in Northern Canada.
Tim Searcy, P.Geo. MBA
Mr. Searcy is President and CEO of Luna Gold and Vice President Business Development for Nautilus Minerals Inc., and is well connected within the capital markets and mineral resource sector. He has solid corporate development experience with major and junior mining companies.
Randy Smallwood, P.Eng.
Mr. Smallwood is Director of Project Development for Goldcorp Inc., and Vice President Corporate Development for Silver Wheaton Corp. He has numerous contacts in the mining industry within British Columbia, Mexico and South America. He has extensive experience in advanced stage project evaluation and acquisitions, feasibility studies and mine development.
Derek White, CA
Mr. White has over 15 years of financial experience in the mining and metals industry. He started his career in 1986 with Coopers & Lybrand LLC, in Vancouver and Johannesburg. In 1992, he joined Impala Platinum Ltd. and held financial management positions in both mine operations in South Africa, and metals trading in London. He joined Billiton International Metals BV in 1994, as part of the Gencor Ltd. acquisition team, and held executive financial positions in The Hague, London, and Toronto where he was Chief Financial Officer of the Base Metals Division, formed after the acquisition by Billiton Plc of Rio Algom Ltd. In 2003, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of International Vision Direct Corp., an online contact lens retailer and winner of the 2003 Ernst & Young LLP - Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
